PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate image data even when affected by the delay or the like of an output signal of an imaging device due to an environmental change such as a temperature change. SOLUTION: An image pick-up signal from pixels in a portion of an area in an imaging surface of an imaging device 14 is sampled at a plurality of sampling timing, and an image processing circuit part 20 creates shading data in each sampling timing on the basis of respective image picked-up signals obtained from the imaging device 14 in accordance with the plurality of sampling timing. A system control part 50 performs control so as to extract shading data whose difference from standard shading data is the smallest among a plurality of pieces of shading data created by the image processing circuit part 20 and to sample image picked-up signals from pixels in an area other than the portion of area at sampling timing in the extracted shading data.
