PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine operation monitoring device capable of minimizing the disadvantage on the game parlor side by detecting such fraudulence as "alternate shooting and stopping" using a body sensitive implement to enable the secure elimination of the fraudulence. SOLUTION: An out-ball counter 121 detects the game balls used for the play in a game machine 120 for each game machine 120, and the number of out balls discharged from the game machine 120 per minute is counted (S10). Then, if the counted number of the out balls per minute is larger than zero but smaller than an insufficient operation determining value K51 (e.g. 80) (S20: No, and S70: Yes), it is determined that the game machine 120 is insufficiently operated. If the number of times of consecutive determination of the insufficient operation is at least an insufficient operation consecutively determining value K52 (e.g. 4) (S100: Yes), it is announced that the game machine 120 is in the continuous insufficiently-operated state (S120).
