PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for readily producing a fluorinase in a large amount by constructing an expression system of a recombinant fluorinase. SOLUTION: A method for producing the fluorinase includes a process of co-expressing the fluorinase and a chaperon protein in a microorganism and a process of crushing the microorganism and collecting the fluorinase from the broken material.
