PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the set amount of inclination of a mirror body freely as desired by a driver himself/herself. SOLUTION: The outer mirror controller 30 of the vehicle drives and controls an inclination driving means 20 of the mirror body in such a way that the mirror body is inclined by only the set amount of inclination when performing the predetermined mirror inclination operation. This outer mirror controller 30 is provided with a set inclination amount changing switch 35 for changing the set amount of inclination within a scope of continuous amounts of inclination.
