PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin screw extruder which makes a molding resistant to deformation even if an amount per unit time of the molding to be extruded is changed. SOLUTION: The twin screw extruder 1 has a barrel 2 which has two screws 7 arranged in parallel therein and an opening 3 at one end and a mouthpiece 9 for extrusion molding which is arranged at the opening 3 side of the barrel 2 through a straightening vane 4 and a filtration net 8. The straightening vane 4 is composed of a first straightening vane 5 and a second straightening vane 6. The first straightening vane 5 has a size matching the size and the shape of the inner circumference of the opening 3, and a hole forming region in which a plurality of through holes 13 are formed in the region of the shape. The second straitening vane 6 has one through-hole 14 which has such a structure that the size and the shape of the internal periphery of one opening end matches the size and the shape of the internal periphery of the hole forming region, and the through-hole is enlarged in a tapered shape after its cross section is once reduced in a process of reaching the other opening end.
