An advertisement and decoration board is provided to improve an external beauty of the board by preventing a coupling portion of a fixing piece from being observed in the outside. An advertisement and decoration board includes a first main board(100) and a connecting board. A concave coupling groove is formed on a front surface of the first main board. An aperture is formed at a side surface of the first main board. One end of the connecting board is inserted into the coupling groove of the first main board. The connecting board is inserted into an aperture of a second main board, which is arranged to be normal to the first main board at one end portion of the first main board. The main board includes a main tube portion(110) and a connecting portion(115). A path is formed in the main tube portion. The connecting portion is connected to an upper or lower portion of the main tube portion. The coupling groove is formed on the connecting portion, which is supported by the connecting board.
