A sensor holder for an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to couple a temperature sensor with a refrigerant pipe in the one-touch manner without any damage to the refrigerant pipe, thereby simplifying the coupling of the temperature sensor and measuring temperature of the refrigerant pipe precisely via direct contact between the temperature sensor and the refrigerant pipe. A sensor holder for an air conditioner includes a sensor fitting part(110) made with an elastic material with an opening(112) long in the axial direction at a periphery. A pair of C-shaped fixing parts(150) is extended from both ends of the periphery of the sensor fitting part outward and curved convexly in the opposite direction symmetrically. An elastic pressing part(200) is formed in the periphery of the sensor fitting part to be protruded inward for pressing a temperature sensor.
