A security system for movement is provided to inform a pre-registered/set remote manager server of an emergency by operating emergency alarm software attached within a car and transmit a real time video, and a video before an accident and a predicted movement path, thereby enabling a user to deal with an accident. Through a real time monitoring system, situations before an accident are monitored. Before 1~5 minutes from the time when emergency software is operated, a video recorded in a monitoring camera and a current real time video are divided by frames. The divided videos are transmitted in one video data. A receiving remote control server immediately divides the received video to output different videos, monitors the dual videos in real time, and observes before/after situations as viewing the two videos. And the server consults a current situation and persuades a criminal through a speaker phone. By using a GPS(Global Positioning System) function, a location is searched and a progress direction and progress speed are confirmed as well as computing and grasping a predicted movement path. And by using the GPS function, an emergency situation is informed to a near police or security company so as to deal with the emergency situation.
