<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a face color of a face in an image to become a face color most suited for the face. <P>SOLUTION: A face-image storage unit 61 stores a face image of a predetermined face as a registered face image. A face-color storage unit 62 stores face-color information that is information regarding a face color of the registered face image. A detector 43 detects a face image in a captured image. A comparator 51 compares the face image detected in the captured image with the registered face image, and obtains a name corresponding to a registered face image that is most similar to the detected face image as comparison results. A color reproduction unit 44 corrects face-color information of a face image detected in a next captured image on the basis of the face-color information of the registered face image corresponding to the name as the comparison results that are stored in the face-color storage unit 62.
