<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heating of a load, suppress consumption of a current source and consequently eliminate waste of energy by eliminating power loss of a resistance in a device in which a DC power source includes a resistance means serially applying resistance to the load for preventing initial overcurrent. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a means for detecting a disconnected state when the DC power source is not connected to a load circuit. According to its detection signal, an output capacitor in the DC power source is cut from the DC power source by a first switch means, and both ends of the output capacitor is short-circuited and discharged by a second switch means so that the capacitor is regularly discharged. The device further comprises a means for detecting a connected state when the DC power source is connected to the load circuit. According to its detection signal, the output capacitor in the DC power source is connected to the DC power source by the first switch means, and both the ends of the output capacitor are cut by the second switch means to cause natural DC power supplying function together with electricity storage in the capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
