<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit confirmation of equivalency of data contents before and after conversion in converting a data format of electronic data into another format. <P>SOLUTION: A server 200 in an information processing system receives original electronic data from a terminal 100, converts the data into another data format by a conversion data generating section 205, and confirms equivalency of data contents before and after conversion by a content confirming section 206.
