<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in the viscosity of liquid which is discharged from a nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A moistening liquid which circulates in a moistening liquid flow passage 42 is fed to an opening 40 from the moistening liquid flow passage 42, and the moistening liquid is supplied into the opening 40. The moistening liquid filling the opening 40 is held at the opening 40 by the surface tension of the moistening liquid, and the moistening liquid naturally evaporates from the liquid surface of the moistening liquid which is held at the opening 40, and thus, the vicinity of the nozzle 22 is humidified.
