PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor microphone which is superior in environmental adaptivity and small in package size. SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone is equipped with an impedance converting die including an impedance converter; and an electroacoustic converting die which is equipped with a plate overlapping the impedance converting die to form a stationary electrode and a diaphragm overlapping the plate to form a vibration electrode for the stationary electrode and is provided between the impedance converting die and a wiring portion, wherein the stationary electrode or vibration electrode is connected to the impedance converter. Here, a transmission line for transmitting a sound wave from outside space to the diaphragm is formed between the impedance converter and electroacoustic converting die. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
