PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a disk tray and a slide rail due to impact applied thereto when the movement of the disk tray is restricted. SOLUTION: Left and right slide rails 11 and 12 are attached to a frame 9 freely slidably. Upper and lower restriction pieces 11a and 11b are formed in the left metal slide rail 11 by bending. Upper and lower restriction pieces 12a and 12b are formed in the right metal slide rail 12 by bending. First and second exposure position contact surfaces 14e and 14f and first and second storing position contact surfaces 14g and 14h are formed in the left and right holding parts 14b and 14c of the disk tray 14. When the disk tray 14 is slid toward the exposure position, the upper and lower restriction pieces 11a and 11b simultaneously abut on the first and second exposure position contact surfaces 14e and 14f respectively to restrict the sliding.
