PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing for which a deviation from a reference condition predetermined for information to be fetched is referred to for the processing for fetched information. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises: a reliability generation means 14 for generating the reliability information of prescribed information for the fetched prescribed information corresponding to the deviation from the reference condition predetermined as a condition for the time of fetch for the prescribed information; and a storage means 10 for storing the reliability information of the prescribed information generated in the reliability generation means corresponding to the fetched prescribed information.
