PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmission device capable of reducing the erroneous transmission of electronic mail even when the confirmation mistake of a destination mail address is generated. SOLUTION: This electronic mail transmission device includes: a plurality of totaling means 35 and 52 for, in the case of transmitting mail to an address designated as the transmission destination, totaling reply mail returned with the designated address as the transmission origin in response to mail to be transmitted; a plurality of decision means 52, 53 and 55 for acquiring the reception frequency of the reply mail with the designated address of mail to be newly transmitted as the transmission origin from the totaling means, and for deciding whether or not the designated address is the address having the possibility of erroneous transmission based on the reception frequency; and a notification means 54 for, when it is decided that the designated address is the address having the possibility of erroneous transmission, notifying a user that the designated address is the address having the possibility of erroneous transmission.
