PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter attachment tool for test run of an engine, which detachably attaches a starter for test run to the engine, for making the test run of the engine before mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: The starter attachment tool 1 for test run of the engine includes: a support body 3 for supporting starter 2 for the test run; a moving body 4 movably attached to the support body 3; an operation mechanism 20 moving the moving body 4 to the support body 3; and stopper mechanisms 21, 23 restricting the movement of the moving body 4 to the support body 3. The moving body 4 is moved by the operation mechanism 20, a flange 11a arranged on an engine side is held by a presser body 9 attached to the moving body 4 and the support body 3, and the moving body 4 is attached to the flange 11a by being positionally held by the stopper mechanisms 21, 23. A position adjusting mechanism 22 for positionally adjusting the presser body 9 with respect to the moving body 4 is arranged between the moving body 4 and the presser body 9.
