PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder capable of eliminating waste of materials caused by a structure of a clamping part which cannot cut out material pieces of the desired length even if enough length of raw material remains. SOLUTION: A first driving means 13 is provided so that the clamping part 10 is arranged in a position allowing a circular saw 130 to enter a gap in a first feeding mode, and that, in a second feeding mode, an end face of a feeding part 30 of an entering-side clamp 16 provided on the clamping part 10 is moved so as to separate from an end face of a feeding clamp 32 until it is outside of a path of the circular saw 130.
