COMMUNICATION CONTROL DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

It is possible to provide communication control devices contained in a communication system such as UTRAN capable of performing areal use of the service provided by the functions of the communication control devices as the entire system even if the functions have irregularities. A communication control method is also provided. An RNC (102) which is linked with an RNC communication control device and controls a mobile communication terminal device includes: a signal transmission/reception unit (201) which receives a request for providing a service and identifying the type of the requested service; an HSUPA communication request judging unit (203); a call control unit (202);a transfer destination search table (205) which stores information for correlating a service which can be requested with other RNC which can provide the service; and a transfer destination search unit (204) which specifies other RNC which can cope with the HSUPA communication according to the information stored in the transfer destination search table (205) when an HSUPA communication which cannot be provided by the local device is requested. The service request is transferred to the other RNC specified by the signal transmission/reception unit (201).
