<p>The subject of the invention is a device equipped with a part that can be inserted into a tubular cavity that comprises: a miniaturized probe for detecting gamma radiation comprising a part that can be inserted into a tubular cavity which comprises at least: one scintillator crystal which emits light in response to ionizing radiation, preferably gamma radiation, and which has a volume of less than 30 mm<SUP>3</SUP>, the maximum transverse cross section of the probe being less than 10 mm<SUP>2</SUP>, one optical fibre that ensures the collection of at least some of the light emitted by the scintillator material and its transmission to a photoelectric converter, one photoelectric converter to which the crystal is connected via the optical fibre which ensures the collection and transmission of at least some of the light emitted by the scintillator crystal to the photoelectric converter, and optical means for visualizing the cavity, that can be inserted into the latter.</p> |
