<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a user of a high usage frequency, uses an image forming device as the user is left as it is used as a monitor object after an installation and a support, when a trouble is generated is not received at an early stage after the installation because there is the possibility of continuously utilizing the image forming device as the image forming device is left, as it is, brought to a mismatch state only by information in the case of the installation and there is the possibility continuously using the image forming device up to the period of the information by the information, after a fixed period regarding the image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A monitor system monitoring the image forming device aims at the warning against forgetting registration. The person in charge is given a warning, when a fixed number of sheets are used after the image forming device is installed at a customer site. The monitor system has a means deciding whether a formal registration is conducted each time a counter is sent from an apparatus temporarily registered as the monitor object and the means computing the number of printings. The monitor system further has a means of deciding whether the number of the printings exceeds a threshold and the means conducting the information to a managing company to a managing-company information.
