<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device easy to remove a recording material in occurrence of errors by adapting to the size of the recording material to execute the optimum conveying control even when it is a conveying-impossible recording material in a both-face conveying passage. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes a measuring part for measuring the size of a conveying direction of the recording material by using a sensor arranged in the conveying passage, and a judgement part for judging whether the both-face conveying passage positioned downstream in a conveying direction more than the sensor conveys the recording material. The image forming device includes a conveying control part for controlling the conveyance of the recoding material, and when conveying-impossible is determined by the judgement part, the conveying control part executes stop processing stopping the recording material at a predetermined taking-out position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
