<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor damaging no electrical characteristic of the chip resistor even when a top-face electrode is sulfurized by a sulfide gas. <P>SOLUTION: Through-holes 12 penetrated between a top face and an underside are formed to an insulating board 10 at places inner than the end sections of a protective film 92 on both sides of the direction between the electrodes, and internal electrodes 50 electrically connected to the top-face electrode 30 and an underside electrode 40 are fitted in the through-holes 12. Recessed sections or notched sections may also be formed so as to cross the places of the end sections in the inter-electrode direction in the lower sections of the places of the end sections of the protective film 92 in place of the through-holes 12, and the internal electrodes connected to the top-face electrode may also be fitted to the recessed sections or the notched sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
