PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable terminal structure which is prevented from being bent with a small radius and is bent with a required radius of curvature. SOLUTION: The cable terminal structure 22 is arranged at the terminal of an outer cable 20 of a control cable 1 having: an outer cable 20; and an inner cable 21 which is inserted inside of the outer cable 20, and can move in the axial direction. The cable terminal structure 22 comprises small diameter portions 220 and large diameter portions 221 having a diameter larger than those of the small diameter portions 220 arranged alternately in the axial direction of the outer cable 20. The bending deformation of the terminal of the outer cable 20 is secured by the bending deformation of the small diameter portions 220. The excessive bending deformation of the terminal is suppressed by the mutual contact of the neighboring large diameter portions 221 arranged on both side of the small diameter portions 220.
