PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system for reducing the complexity when authenticating an operator by solving the problem that required authentication conditions are determined for each service or each information to be accessed when a plurality of electronic services are used. SOLUTION: The service authentication means identifier storage means of an information processing system stores a service and an authentication means identifier for identifying an authentication means for authenticating a user in association with each other, and an association information storage means stores association information of the authentication means identifier and the authentication means. An authentication means identifier extraction means extracts the authentication means identifiers corresponding to the plurality of designated services, and an authentication means identifier integration means integrates the plurality of authentication means identifiers on the basis of the extracted authentication means identifiers. An authentication means specification means specifies the corresponding authentication means on the basis of the association information on the basis of the integrated authentication means identifiers, and an authentication control means controls authentication on the basis of the specified authentication means.
