PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily report the location of a vehicle to a service center when a trigger which starts emergency reporting has occurred. SOLUTION: When a trigger which starts emergency reporting has occurred, a vehicle-mounted emergency reporting apparatus 2 does not transmit all location information stored in a memory part 7 at the time to the service center 13 but transmits only current location information among the location information stored in the memory part 7 at the time to the service center 13. Even in a constitution for transmitting location information by connecting a line of a slow transmission speed to the service center 13 when a trigger which starts emergency reporting has occurred, it is possible to speedily report the location of the vehicle to a service center 13.
