PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal which is attempted to protect the privacy concerning different communication destination information for each telephone number and to evade an erroneous transmission risk to the communication destination which is not intended from the set call originating number when additional number services of a cellphone are utilized, and can be shared by not only a single user but also a plurality of users at a high convenience. SOLUTION: A telephone book registration 201 and a display setting registration 202 are carried out by a telephone book register 110 and data is registered as a telephone book 203 in a telephone book memory 120. On the other hand, a call originating number setting 204 about a telephone number to be used in a call originating number setting controller 130 is carried out. A function controller 100 carries out a call originating number decision 205 which compares a display setting in the telephone book register with the call originating number setting in the call originating number setting controller 130 and executes whether or not both settings are in conformity with each other.
