PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy slip-off of a fork-shaped crimp terminal 4 whose connecting work to a connection conductor is easy. SOLUTION: A connection structure of a crimp terminal has a structure in which the connection conductor 2 in which a tapped hole 2b is formed and the fork-shaped crimp terminal 4 composed of a basal part 4a to connect with the end of a cable 3 and a pair of fork parts 4b having a fork shape are provided and the fork-shaped crimp terminal 4 is connected to the connection conductor 2 by crimping the fork-shaped crimp terminal 4 between a head 5a of a screw 5 and the connection conductor 2 by inserting the screw 5 into between the pair of fork parts 4b and screwing it into the tapped hole 2b. In the structure, a slip-off preventing member 6 is interposed between the head 5a of the screw 5 and the fork-shaped crimp terminal 4; the cable 3 side of the slip-off preventing member 6 is bent toward the connection conductor 2; a restraint part 6b to restrain movement of the pair of fork parts 4b to prevent slip-off of the fork-shaped crimp terminal 4 is formed; and a first notch 6c to insert through the basal part 4a is formed nearly on the center of the restraint part 6b.
