PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely arrange keytops and keep top faces of the keytops clean without being scratched. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the push-button switch member having a plurality of the keytops comprises, in a keytop molding having recessed sections recessed downwardly from top faces of the keytops, at boarders among the plurality of keytops, with the plurality of keytops consecutively arranged through the recessed sections: a step of film sticking step of sticking a resin film to the top face of the keytop without the film closely contacting the recessed section (step S107); a keytop separating step of condensing laser light on a worked portion of the recessed section from an opposite side to a film stuck side (step S108); and a key sheet sticking step of sticking a key sheet to a rear face side of the plurality of keytops with the resin film stuck to the top faces of the plurality of keytops (step S109).
