PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a small fuel injection valve excellent in injection quantity control properties by inhibiting pressure fluctuation generated in a low pressure system, stabilizing the operation of an electro-magnetic control valve, and improving response. SOLUTION: An injector I is provided with a pressure control chamber 21 supplied with high pressure fuel form a high pressure fuel introduction channel 61, the electro-magnetic control valve 3 controlling communication and interception of the pressure control chamber 21 and a low pressure fuel discharge channel 62, and a nozzle part 1 in which a nozzle needle 11 opens and closes an injection hole 12. The electro-magnetic control valve 3 includes a valve element integrated to an armature opposing a solenoid 31. An armature chamber 33 and a first valve chamber 34 in which the valve element is disposed are communicated to the low pressure fuel discharge channel 62 by low pressure channels 81, 84. An elastic body storage chamber 7 disposing a compressed elastic body G therein is provided on an outer circumference of the solenoid 31 at an upper part of the armature chamber 33, and the compressed elastic body G touches fuel and changes volume thereof to inhibit pressure fluctuation.
