PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch water stop valve, capable of improving operability, and solving the complication of mounting operation while reducing the probability of water leak. SOLUTION: The branch water stop valve 20 comprises a main pipe part 22 formed in a straight shape, a body 26 having branch pipe parts 24 and 25 protruded radially in the main pipe part 22 and integrally molded with the main pipe part, and a water stop cock 62 and a branch cock 34 provided within the body 26. A water stop handle 75 for rotating the water stop cock 62 and a branch handle 47 for rotating the branch cock 34 are mounted toward the same direction relative to the body 26.
