PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated floor construction method forming aqueous urea urethane coating on cement backing of mortar, concrete, or the like, constructing in a short period of time even for thick coating with a thickness of about 3-5 mm, and forming a floor material having excellent appearance with no formation of pinholes, cracks, blister, or the like and having sufficient strength with no exfoliation from the cement backing. SOLUTION: The coated floor construction method comprises processes for: (1) applying a first primer mainly composed of water-soluble epoxy resin, to the cement backing and hardening it, (2) applying a second primer mainly composed of water-soluble epoxy resin, to a first primer hardened surface, and (3) further coating the aqueous urea urethane paint consisting of hydraulic cement, aggregate, water, polyol and an isocyanate compound.
