PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance panel which is provided with a hook part outside the entrance and can lock personal belongings or ornament. SOLUTION: The panel includes: a decorative laminated sheet 14 fitted along an outer wall of the entrance; a hook member 32 protruded from the decorative laminated sheet 14; and a newspaper guide part 30 which is fitted a little above the hook member 32 and positioned in three directions, perpendicular to the decorative laminated sheet 14 and parallel to that. The newspaper guide part 30 holds side faces of the delivered newspaper, and the hook member 32 holds a lower end part of the newspaper.
