PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure-sensitive adhesive which coats a printing paper from staining the printing surface when being rubbed by a turn bar, and from sticking to the turn bar, and to prevent a printing target from being shifted. SOLUTION: In order to turn the printing paper 1 for a pressure-bonded postcard coated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive upside-down, upstream side and downstream side turn bars 2 and 3 are arranged into an X shape. On the upstream side and the downstream side of both turn bars, guide rollers 4 and 5 are respectively arranged, and an intermediate roller 6 is arranged on the sides of both turning bars, and also, at an intermediate position for this turn bar apparatus for the printing of the pressure-bonded postcard. In the turn bar apparatus, at least at one-end sides or at the centers of the upstream side turn bar and the downstream side turn bar, vibration generators 8 and 9 are respectively attached.
