METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGEMENT OF RADIO RESOURCE DEPENDING ON CONTROL SIGNALING IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method and an apparatus for managing a radio resource dependent on control information signaling in a mobile communication system are provided to allocate and manage resources for forward data in a control information transmission process using a mixed time-frequency multiplexing method. A terminal receives control information from a base station(701,702). An analysis process is performed to analyze logic numbers of allocated resources and information of residual resources by using the received control information(703). The terminal determines whether the allocated resources are transmitted through an S-PRB or an N-PRB(Physical Resource Block)(704). The terminal applies a hoping pattern corresponding to the N-PRB when the allocated resources are transmitted through the N-PRB(705). The N-PRB for receiving data is set by applying a logic number of the received N-PRB to the real N-PRB according to the hoping pattern(706). The terminal receives the data through the N-PRB(709). The terminal applies the hoping pattern corresponding to the S-PRB when the allocated resources are transmitted through the S-PRB(707). The S-PRB for receiving the data is set by applying a logic number of the received S-PRB to the real S-PRB according to the hoping pattern(708). The terminal receives the data through the S-PRB.
