<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cable in which a metal cable is easily separated from an optical indoor cable, and easiness of taking out the insulated wire of the metal cable can be maintained, and the manufacturing cost of which is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This composite cable 1 includes the metal cable 2 and the optical indoor cable 3. The metal cable 2 includes insulated wires 8, 9, strings 10, 11, and a tape 12. The insulated wires 8, 9 and the strings 10, 11 are stranded and the tape 12 is wound around them. The optical indoor cable 3 includes an optical core wire 21 and tension members 22, 23. A metal cable side coating 31 covering the periphery of the tape 12, and an optical indoor cable side coating 32 covering the periphery of the optical fiber core wire 21 and the tension members 22, 23 are simultaneously formed by pressure molding, and the metal cable 2 is integrated with the optical indoor cable 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
