<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the dependency of a driver by evaluating drive support. <P>SOLUTION: Based on information about an object detected by an object detecting part 2, a support evaluating part 7 determines the drive support of a support control part 3 that was executed a predetermined time before. Based on the result of the drive support, a dependency determining part 8 determines the dependency according to the frequency of matching between the driver's reaction and the drive support.
