<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system interconnecting device which informs the side of a system interconnecting system of information about power failure even if the number of connected units of power plants increases, while suppressing the adverse effects on other equipment connected to a distribution system, and parallels a power plant within a consumer off the distribution system, in case that the power supply from a distributing substation is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: The system interconnecting system 120 is equipped with an inverter circuit 127 which converts the power from the power plant into AC power, and interconnects the power plant with the distribution system via the inverter circuit 127 and a relay. The system interconnecting system 120 is equipped with a relay controller 126 which controls the parallel off or control of the relay, a receiver 121 which receives the power failure information of the distribution system transmitted from a transmission path to unspecified majority, and a judgment part 123 which judges whether the distribution system with which the power plant is interconnected has blacked out or not, based on the power failure information.
