<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered composite object having at least two composite materials. <P>SOLUTION: Each of composite materials is provided with a thin film having a front face and a back face comprising a dielectric material. The front face has a surface pattern comprising a prominent area and a sunken area. Further, each of the composite materials is equipped with a first conductive layer heaped up on the surface pattern. The conductive layer has a corrugate structure with the surface pattern formed thereon. The multilayered composite object can be used for conversion between an electric energy and a mechanical energy, therefore resulting in serving as a converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
