<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bag having a plastic fastener surely preventing leakage from faster end parts even if a large sized faster is used for the bag. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the bag having the plastic fastener includes a process of ultrasonic-sealing a pair of locking parts together of the plastic fastener or the locking parts and the plastic film in the vicinity of the locking parts with an ultrasonic sealing device in the region CS where a heat sealed part HS1, HS2 along the vertical direction intersects the plastic fastener C; and thereafter, a process of thermally sealing along the direction approximately orthogonal to the plastic fastener wherein the distance between a horn and an anvil of the ultrasonic sealing device is adjusted so as to maintain sealing function for the locking parts by the ultrasonic sealing, and the ultrasonic-sealed part is ultrasonic-sealed with a width protruded in the direction to the center of the bag from the thermally heated part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
