<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of a VOC gas constituted so as to perform stable and economical operation while supplying a necessary minimum amount of nutriments to microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: In the treatment apparatus constituted for collecting the exhaust gas containing water soluble VOC and guiding the collected gas to a biological treatment tank 1 filled with carrier having microorganisms adhered thereto to biologically decompose the same, a storage water tank 13 for storing circulating water (c) containing the nutriments is provided to the bottom part of the biological treatment tank 1, and a concentration measuring instrument 5 for measuring the concentration of the nutriments of the circulating water (c) in the storage water tank 13 and a nutriment injection device for injecting the nutriments (d) so that the value of the concentration measuring instrument 5 becomes a predetermined range are provided to the biological treatment tank 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
