PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can reduce a risk of causing damages by a combustion of an inflammable gas even if the gas is emitted from a battery, and to provide a battery mounting device. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes batteries 3 with a risk of emitting inflammable gas, a case 2 housing the batteries 3, and filling members 4 which are provided to fill up gaps between the case 2 and the batteries 3 and reduce an oxygen amount in the case 2 by eliminating air.
