PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller prolonging the service life of a power supply as long as possible, and improving maintenability thereof. SOLUTION: The power controller has controls a power accummulator in which series units (21) each having a plurality of power accumulating elements (B) connected in series and the series units are connected in parallel. The power controller is provided with a current distribution section 10 for detecting predetermined status information for power accumulating elements included in the series unit and controlling a current quantity passing through a corresponding series unit on the basis of the detected status information, for each series unit.
