PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet that has high adhesive force to an adherend having a difficult-to-adhere surface. SOLUTION: The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has a structure wherein (Y) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by irradiating an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising (a) a vinyl monomer mixture or a partially polymerized product of the mixture composed mainly of (a1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 2-14C alkyl group, (b) a photopolymerization initiator and (c) an alkylphenol-based tackifier with an active energy ray is provided on at least one side of (X) a viscoelastic material layer containing microspheres. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition preferably contains 0.001-5 pts.wt. of (b) the photopolymerization initiator and 0.01-25 pts.wt. of (c) the alkylphenol-based tackifier based on 100 pts.wt. of (a) the vinyl monomer mixture or the partially polymerized product thereof.
