<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle device which can be used without interference by a wiring cord, or the like, and ensures good appearance when in use (the room is not disfigured if used). <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus (200) can be attached to or detached from the cradle device (100), and the cradle device (100) can mount the electronic apparatus (200).
