PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel with brightness unevenness compensated at plane light emission caused by fluctuation of organic layer film thicknesses, and to provide a method of compensating brightness unevenness by arrangement of a power-feeding part upon making a plurality of organic EL panels by cutting an organic EL panel from a mother board, in manufacture of the organic EL panel. SOLUTION: The organic EL element has two electrodes set in opposition, and an organic layer, of which, the organic layer has its film thickness continuously changed in an in-face direction, and, out of the two electrodes and an outer peripheral part of a light-emitting part having a laminated structure of the organic layer, a power-feeding part of the electrodes is provided at a part thicker than an average film thickness of the organic layer.
