PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance water-proof performance for a water-proof gasket for preventing rain water from intruding into an inside of an automatic vending machine through a clearance between a cabinet and an outer door. SOLUTION: This water-proof gasket 7 attached to the opening upper edge of a cabinet 1 for storing merchandise in its inside to seal the clearance with respect to the upper edge of the outer door 2 to prevent the rain water from intruding into the inside of the cabinet 1 is constituted as follows: a clip part 7a-1 fit in from its inside into the upper edge of an outer box 1a of the cabinet 1 to be locked and a rib-like engagement protrusion part 7a-2 protruded to an upper face side of the outer box 1a are formed in a longitudinal frame 7a as an extruding molding of rigid resin, and a hollow flexible gasket member 7b is composite-molded in a front face of the clip part 7a-1 integrally with the frame, and a notch 8 is formed from a hinge fitting 3 side edge of the flexible gasket member 7b.
