PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin emulsion aggregation toner that can minimize or eliminate the use of ions and surfactants in the process of manufacturing the toner. SOLUTION: An emulsion aggregation polyester toner including an amorphous resin and a crystalline resin is provided, wherein the toner has an acid value of from 16 mg/eq. KOH to 40 mg/eq.
