PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for chipping-resistance in which a scratch is hardly generated at sticking while maintaining followability to a three-dimensional curved surface. SOLUTION: In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a thermoplastic resin sheet substrate and a surface protection layer are superposed in at least this order. A glass-based filler is added to the surface protection layer and a flexible thermoplastic resin sheet is used for the substrate. Thereby, a sufficient scratch-resistant property can be given while maintaining the followability to the three-dimensional curved surface and maintaining the followability to the three-dimensional curved surface by adding the glass-based filler to the surface protection layer.
