PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to detachably mounting a lifter for mainly raising and lowering a wheelchair without remodeling a carbody. SOLUTION: A securing baseplate 10 molded from an FRP material or others is detachably secured and installed on a floor panel 2 from which a rear seat of a vehicle is removed by using an existing fastening means arranged in a vehicle interior for example securing bolts of the rear seat, and a base portion of the lifter is detachably secured to the base plate. The lifter can be easily secured to the floor panel without substantially remodeling the vehicle interior of the vehicle rear portion, because of using the existing fastening means. A decrease in the rigidity of the floor panel can be prevented because there is no need to newly form bolt holes in the floor panel. Original rear portion vehicle interior environment can be easily regenerated when the lifter is not needed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
